Getting to know you

Gary Cerise started his construction career as a young man framing houses. He has hands-on experience in all facets of the construction process obtained over 30+ years.  It has provided him with the expertise that enables him to make sure each scope of work is performed correctly, giving the new owner the highest quality of product.

Sherry Kopecky Cerise started helping work the books for her father's company, Kopecky Construction, at an early age. This experience motivated her to go on and obtain her accounting degree from the University of Omaha Nebraska. Since then Sherry has been running the the day-to-day administration duties for KC Homes.

Together, Gary and Sherry  have been building custom homes as KC Homes for over 30 years in the Omaha and Fremont areas.

KC homes has experience in building custom homes ranging from $250,000 all the way up to $800,000+.  They understand the process of building a home from beginning to end and work with each client individually to ensure the building process is fun, exciting, but most importantly, runs smoothly!
